3. Visitor registration

7. Responsibility of Txoriene

The portal only provides information about available apartments at the time of requesting said information, therefore, if you make the online reservation, you are contracting directly with Txoriene and not with the portal. The printed version of the reservation serves as a locator when you arrive at the apartment. Reservation on this website implies the adherence and acceptance by the customer of each and every one of the general conditions outlined here. By accepting the following clauses, you declare and agree:
1) Being of legal age and having full capacity to make the reservation, stating that they understand and comprehend all the conditions found on the website.
2) That the data provided when making the online reservation is true, complete, and concise.
3) Only those pages listed within the sitemap are included on the website.
4) That accessing this website is the responsibility of the user.
5) Once the reservation is made, the electronic document formalizing it will be archived, and you can access it at any time.

8. Prices
The prices indicated are Public Sale Prices including VAT. The price includes: Nightly rate based on the selected apartment type and board basis, except for those where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated. The price does not include: Any unspecified services in addition to extras such as transfers, tips, phone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc. Check-in and check-out time: Unless otherwise agreed with the establishment, rooms may be used from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
9.Passports and visas
All travelers, without exception (including children), must have their personal and family documentation in order, whether it be a passport or national ID card, according to current legislation. It will be the responsibility of the travelers themselves to obtain visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., when travel requires it. Minors under 18 must carry a written permission signed by their parents or legal guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority. In the event that a visa is refused by any Authority due to particular reasons of the user, or entry into the country is denied due to lacking the required prerequisites, or due to defects in the required documentation, or for not being in possession of it, Txoriene declines any responsibility for such occurrences, with any resulting expenses being the responsibility of the consumer, applying in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for a no-show scenario.
